Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery time.
1. Eligibility for a Full Refund:
Wrong Item Delivered: You received an item different from what was ordered (e.g., ordered Veg Biryani, received Chicken Biryani).
Missing Order: The order was confirmed by the vendor but was never delivered due to an error on the vendor's or EatNJoy's part.
Damaged/Spoiled Item: The product arrived in an unusable or visibly spoiled condition.
2. Eligibility for a Partial Refund:
Missing Items: A component of your order was missing (e.g., ordered a meal with a drink, but the drink was not included).
3. Items Not Eligible for Refund:
Change of Mind: Orders cannot be refunded simply because you no longer want the item or made a mistake in the order quantity.
Delay: Refunds are typically not provided for delivery delays, though customer service may offer a goodwill gesture (e.g., a discount) on a case-by-case basis.
Taste/Preference: We cannot refund orders based on personal taste or preference.
4. Process:
Contact us immediately at support@eatnjoy.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence (where applicable).
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [Specify time, e.g., 5-10] business days after approval.
