The Service EatNJoy provides a platform (mobile app and website) that connects users with third-party vendors (restaurants, shops, etc.) for ordering and delivery of goods. EatNJoy acts solely as an intermediary and is not the seller of the goods. 2. User Responsibilities Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that your account and order details, including your delivery address, are accurate and complete. Payment: All payments must be completed at the time of order or upon delivery (for COD). Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activity. 3. Vendor Responsibility The vendor is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and preparation of the food and products they offer. EatNJoy is not liable for issues arising from the quality or content of the items sold by vendors. 4. Delivery We use third-party delivery personnel or services. While we aim for timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. 5. Intellectual Property All content, logos, and features of the Service (excluding vendor content) are the property of EatNJoy (or the 6amMart project owner). 6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vasind, Maharashtra, India. 7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms.
